DS Creatives Agency, LLC ("DS Creatives", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through the DS Creatives Agency Hub (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create or are invited to an account, we collect your name, email address, role, and profile information you provide.
Financial information via QuickBooks integration. When you authorize the Service to connect to your QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's OAuth flow, we access financial data from your QuickBooks company file, including: company profile and industry, profit-and-loss reports, balance sheet, accounts receivable (invoices, customers, balances, aging), accounts payable, sales by customer, expense categories, vendor records, contractor and payroll data, and related transaction records. We use this data solely to display and analyze your business performance within the Service.
Client, project, and operational data. Information you enter or upload about clients, projects, shoots, deliverables, tasks, team members, and similar business records.
Content and files. Files (photos, videos, documents) you upload to the Content Library, Brand Assets, or attach to other records, and notes or messages you create within the Service.
Communications. Messages sent through in-app direct messages, channels, and other communication features within the Service.
Usage data. Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, actions performed, and timestamps, used for security, analytics, and product improvement.
Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, and similar technical information collected automatically when you use the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Display and analyze your financial and operational data within the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
- Send service-related notifications (account activity, task assignments, scheduled financial reports, etc.).
- Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of users.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Service, including application hosting (Base44), transactional-email delivery, analytics, and similar infrastructure. These providers are contractually limited to using information only to provide their services to us.
- Integrated services you authorize. Such as QuickBooks Online, Google services, and any other connector you enable. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
- Legal reasons. If required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to enforce our agreements, protect against fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of DS Creatives, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If DS Creatives is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will provide notice and require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
4. QuickBooks Online Data
We access your QuickBooks Online data only after you explicitly authorize the connection through Intuit's OAuth flow. We use it only to display, analyze, and surface insights about your business inside the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. You may disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time through your QuickBooks account or by contacting us; upon disconnection we stop fetching new data. Cached data may be retained for historical reporting until you request its deletion under Section 6 below.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, financial, and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain limited information after account closure as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability of your data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include authenticated access, role-based permissions, encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to production systems, and ongoing review of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking
